Digital products and delivery
Mosfetti sells downloadable website templates, software, WordPress products, web apps and digital kits at store.mosfetti.com. These products are delivered as files, not shipped goods. The product listing describes the selected edition, included files, requirements and any separately included services. After payment is confirmed and download permission is granted, use the links supplied for your order or your account's downloads area. Contact us if the files or links are missing.
Reporting an order or package problem
Contact Mosfetti at mosfetti24@gmail.com. Provide your order number, the product and edition, and a description of the problem. For a technical issue, include the relevant error and your software/hosting version where possible. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private customer data.
Our voluntary refund window
Request help or a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase for missing downloads, duplicate charges, the wrong package, a corrupt archive, missing advertised files, or a material defect that prevents the product from working as described on a supported setup. If usable download access was provided later than purchase, the package-problem window starts when that access became available. Report a missing delivery within 14 days of purchase. This voluntary window does not shorten any rights or remedy periods provided by applicable law.
For a verified package problem, we will provide the correct files or a fix without an additional charge. If we cannot resolve the problem within seven calendar days after receiving the information reasonably needed to diagnose it, we will refund the price paid for the affected product. A longer resolution period requires your agreement; you do not have to accept it. Where applicable law entitles you to a refund or another remedy sooner, that right takes precedence. Duplicate charges for the same intended purchase will be refunded after verification.
Change of mind and compatibility
We offer change-of-mind cancellation within 14 calendar days of purchase if the files have not been downloaded. Once downloaded, change of mind alone is generally not covered by our voluntary refund offer. This does not affect applicable cancellation, withdrawal or defect rights. Downloading alone is not treated as proof that you waived a statutory right.
Please check the listing's edition and technical requirements before purchase. A clearly disclosed requirement that your setup does not meet, a preference change, or a problem caused solely by your own modifications does not by itself qualify as a defect under our voluntary offer. An undisclosed or inaccurate material requirement, or a package that does not match its description, remains eligible for review. Customization and separately purchased services are outside this downloadable-product policy unless their agreement says otherwise.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or payment provider controls when the money appears in your account. We do not charge a restocking fee for an approved digital-product refund. No physical return or return shipping is required.
A refund may remove access to future store downloads for that purchase. It does not override GPL, MIT or other independently applicable license rights, including rights already granted for covered components. Any commercial-license consequences follow the applicable license and law; this policy does not invent a new forfeiture rule.
Your consumer and payment rights
Contacting us can help resolve an issue, but is not a condition for exercising a lawful payment dispute or consumer remedy. Nothing in this policy removes rights you cannot legally waive. Where mandatory withdrawal rights apply, we honor them unless all legal conditions for an exception have actually been met. Statutory remedies for defective or misdescribed digital content remain available even after download or after our voluntary window.
