Scope of your purchase
These terms apply to downloadable products bought from store.mosfetti.com. Your order is for the product, edition and version described in the listing at purchase, together with the files and services expressly included there. A demonstration is an illustration of the product; the listing and package documentation identify which assets and features are supplied. Read those details before purchase. Material differences between the supplied package and its description can be reported under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Accounts, payment and downloads
Checkout requires an account; you can create one during checkout. Provide accurate order and contact details and keep your account password private. Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Download access depends on payment confirmation and the order's permissions. The provided links authorize downloads for that order; do not share private order links or account credentials. This protects account and order access and does not restrict redistribution permitted by an applicable software license.
Product licenses and third-party components
Buying a product does not transfer ownership of its copyright. Your rights to use, modify, deploy or redistribute each component come from its applicable license and any specific purchase terms disclosed in the listing. Preserve copyright, license and attribution notices where the applicable license requires them.
Products have different licenses. Some commercial kits restrict use to one business and prohibit redistribution; other products or components use GPL, MIT or other licenses that allow broader use or redistribution. These store terms do not add a blanket one-site restriction, prohibit rights granted by an open-source license, or replace the license for a covered component. If a store term conflicts with an applicable component license concerning use, modification or redistribution, that license controls for that component. Nothing here requires surrender of GPL or MIT rights after a refund.
Do not assume that rights for code also cover photographs, artwork, fonts, trademarks or other assets. Follow their separately applicable terms. Demo stock photography may be excluded from a download; use only the assets actually supplied under a suitable license, or replace them with assets you own or have permission to use. Third-party services, builders or software may require your own account, subscription or license when disclosed by the product. Ask before purchase if a listing does not clearly explain the intended use or license; these terms do not fill missing product-license details with an invented grant or restriction.
Installation, customization and support
Follow the supplied setup instructions and the product's stated requirements. HTML templates, CMS packages and WordPress products have different hosting and installation needs. Hosting, domains, custom installation, branding, content entry, design changes and development are separate services unless the listing expressly includes them.
The Refund and Returns Policy explains our proposed order and package-problem resolution commitments. Additional support, updates or services follow the specific listing and included documentation. No unlimited support, lifetime updates, ongoing maintenance or hosting is implied by a one-time download purchase. Any expressly included or legally required support or updates remain unaffected.
Your own content and deployment
You are responsible for content you add, permissions for that content, hosting choices and the configuration of your deployed site. Check the product documentation for demo data, example credentials and configuration steps before going live. The package is not a promise of revenue, search ranking, bookings or compliance for every business. This does not excuse a failure to supply the product as described or override mandatory rights.
Refunds, questions and disputes
The Refund and Returns Policy applies to download order problems and our voluntary cancellation offer. For help, contact Mosfetti at mosfetti24@gmail.com with your order number and product name. Do not provide passwords or full payment details. You keep applicable consumer rights and lawful payment-dispute rights; these terms impose no mandatory arbitration or waiver of those rights.
Changes to these pages
Updates to these store policies apply to future purchases. They do not retroactively reduce the rights or promised terms attached to an earlier order. Product and third-party licenses continue to apply according to their own terms.
