Give your comics a storybook publisher home. Mythos Comics is a navy-and-cream WordPress theme for comic publishers, webcomic creators and indie studios. Comics work on plain WordPress; WooCommerce is optional.

Download contents and installation

Exact mythos-comics-1.1.0-buyer.zip contains the installable mythos-comics.zip theme, README.txt and CHANGELOG.md. Extract the buyer archive, then upload mythos-comics.zip in Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme and activate. Save permalinks; use Mythos → Homepage for settings and optional sample import. This is a theme-only package: no companion plugin is included.

Requirements and limits

WordPress 6.4+, PHP 7.4+ and normal WordPress database/hosting requirements. No paid plugin or page builder needed. WooCommerce is separate and optional; its own version requirements apply. Historical release checks cover WordPress 7.1.3/PHP 8.5/MariaDB 11.8/WooCommerce 11.2 with block Cart/Checkout in Chrome.

Comics, Series and Creators are registered by the theme: switching themes preserves database content but hides it until Mythos is active again. Cinzel and Libre Baskerville load from Google Fonts. Hosting, payment gateways and shipping/tax setup are not included. Page builders, multisite, caching plugins, real gateways and downloadable-product fulfillment on a buyer’s own site are not verified. Demo artwork is sample content; the current owner listing states commercial rights are held by the seller. Replace demo art, series and creator names with your own work.
